Inside this bright and airy 24-unit Cape Cod Mansion, seniors can choose from two styles of beautifully redecorated studio apartments. Each immaculate apartment has a private bath, fully equipped kitchenette, intimate dining and comfortable living area. A group of six apartments form a community boasting its own style and flavor. The communities of Nobb Hill, Baldwin Hill, Windsor Hill and Signal Hill facilitate maximum privacy, while encouraging socialization.
Fun-filled activities at Hill House include bingo, charades, arts and crafts, movies, board game nights , karaoke, dances , and hysterical storytelling . Delicious and nutritious meals are provided twice a day. Hill House also offers weekly housekeeping and transportation to local shopping, restaurants, banking, business and medical appointments.
Seniors can expect dignified and gracious independent living at Hill House. The warm and friendly atmosphere promotes genuine caring and respect. We don’t regard our seniors as just tenants; we regard them as individual members of a close-knit and loving extended family.

Here at the Hill House, the lifestyle is characteristic of typical independent living, however, we do provide meals,transportation, and housekeeping.
